Il a grandi dans une exploitation agricole mixte en Ontario et r\u00e9side toujours sur la ferme familiale. Gary est l'un des v\u00e9t\u00e9rans de l'Agence et est un ambassadeur permanent du syst\u00e8me canadien de classement. Gary et son personnel de classement font de leur mieux pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 toute demande sp\u00e9ciale d'informations suppl\u00e9mentaires sur la carcasse, y compris des visites de classement du b\u0153uf ainsi que des s\u00e9minaires et ils sont toujours pr\u00eats \u00e0 discuter de la qualit\u00e9 de la carcasse et des r\u00e9sultats de rendement. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Gary est notre superviseur r\u00e9gional de l'Ontario. Chaque classificateur doit r\u00e9ussir un programme de formation complet.
