Il a fournit des services de classement pour l\u2019ACCB depuis sa cr\u00e9ation.<\/p>\n

Fred a toujours eu la production de b\u0153uf \u00e0 c\u0153ur, il n’\u00e9tait pas seulement l’un de nos principaux entrepreneurs, mais au cours des derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, il a \u00e9galement particip\u00e9 \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation des normes r\u00e9gionales de l’Alberta et du service de classement \u00e0 X-L Beef \u00e0 Calgary. Ses contrats les plus r\u00e9cents \u00e9taient chez Cargill High River et Harmony Beef \u00e0 Balzac, o\u00f9 il \u00e9tait impliqu\u00e9 dans la production de b\u0153uf d\u00e8s les premiers \u00e9tapes de production.<\/p>\n

Fred a toujours pris au s\u00e9rieux les buts et objectifs de l’Agence pour fournir une prestation coh\u00e9rente et efficace du service de classement. Il a \u00e0 la fois form\u00e9 ses employ\u00e9s et les classificateurs d\u2019urgence, parmi les employ\u00e9s de l\u2019usine, et continu\u00e9 \u00e0 les auditer p\u00e9riodiquement sur l’application des normes de classement du Canada. Si toutefois des probl\u00e8mes surgissaient, Fred ne tardait pas \u00e0 t\u00e9l\u00e9phoner ou \u00e0 se rendre \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tablissement pour lancer le processus afin de d\u00e9terminer la source et la cause du probl\u00e8me.<\/p>\n

Pour bien comprendre le syst\u00e8me canadien de classement du b\u0153uf, il est important d\u2019expliquer ad\u00e9quatement ce qui constitue chaque cat\u00e9gorie de classement et Fred \u00e9tait toujours plus que dispos\u00e9 \u00e0 \u00e9duquer le consommateur, le producteur, les \u00e9tablissements de transformation de la viande ou le d\u00e9taillant selon son exp\u00e9rience et ses connaissances.<\/p>\n

Il provenait d’une ferme d\u2019exploitation mixte \u00e0 Pierson au Manitoba, et il attribuait son succ\u00e8s au fait d’avoir grandi dans une petite communaut\u00e9 agricole et d’avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 membre des 4-H dans la communaut\u00e9 pendant dix ans. Il \u00e9tait bien connu dans l’industrie et il a jug\u00e9 des expositions de b\u00e9tail \u00e0 travers le Canada. Il a \u00e9galement cr\u00e9\u00e9 et mis en place le concours de carcasses pour le Stampede de Calgary. Ce concours est bas\u00e9 sur les exigences des consommateurs, des d\u00e9taillants et des restaurateurs.<\/p>\n
